Hanna Joy has been drawn to the wellness space for as long as she can remember, loving curated routines, healthy meals, and finding ways to move her body that feel right for her. Throughout her life, music has been a prominent aspect of her wellness journey, often putting on jazzy songs to inspire weekly meal prep, 90s hip hop for runs, and chill instrumental tracks for yoga and meditation. As a recent 200-hour certified yoga teacher and inspired by her love of conversational podcasts, she hopes to inspire people to live a holistically well life that makes them wake up each day feeling inspired, with good tunes to support them on the way.
